Jack Kilmer
Biography
Jack Kilmer is an American actor who grew up in Los Angeles and first acted while still in high school. Gia Coppola asked him to look over the screenplay for Palo Alto, a film based on James Franco's novel, and then encouraged him to try out for Teddy, a main role. He had not acted before but won the part, and critics described his performance as formidable, naturalistic and sincere. He played Chet in the neo-noir crime comedy The Nice Guys (2016) and took the role of Pelle Ohlin, called Dead, in the black metal biopic Lords of Chaos (2018). He narrated the documentary Val (2021) and provided the voice of Madmartigan in two episodes of Willow. He also modeled for Saint Laurent.
