Devon Graye
Biography
Devon Graye is an American actor and screenwriter who grew up in California and trained at the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco. He began on stage, playing Stanley in a 2005 stage adaptation of Louis Sachar's Holes at the Orpheum Theatre, then moved to Los Angeles and won early roles in ABC's A House Divided and as the teenage Dexter Morgan in Dexter, which he played across several episodes from 2006 to 2009. He appeared in the television movies Merry Christmas, Drake & Josh (2008) and Avalon High (2011), starred in Legendary (2010), led the horror film Husk (2011), and took a guest role on American Horror Story. Later credits include Retake (2016), the second Trickster in The Flash, the 2014 version of 13: Game of Death, Hypochondriac (2022) and Nope (2022). He wrote the screenplay for I See You, which premiered in 2019.

Graye wrote a script for I See You that was picked up the following year, with Adam Randall directing and Helen Hunt leading. It premiered at SXSW in 2019.
