Biography

Chris Wylde is an American actor from New Jersey who started out performing while a student at American University in Washington, D.C., starring in the PBS series Standard Deviants. After college he moved to Hollywood, and his television work began with the Comedy Central show Strip Mall before he got his own late-night program there, The Chris Wylde Show. Small film parts followed, among them Space Cowboys, Joe Dirt and Coyote Ugly, and he later starred in The DUFF (2015) and the horror movie The Revenant (2009). He is best known for The Babysitter (2017) and its sequel The Babysitter: Killer Queen (2020), and he has worked on seven films produced by McG, including Tall Girl 2 (2022). He has had recurring roles as Glenn on Young Sheldon, Angwin on Amphibia and Ribby on The Cuphead Show!, and he created the web series Dadholes, which he writes, produces and appears in.

Chris Wylde is the creator of the web series Dadholes. He also writes it, produces it and appears in it as a star.
First role
Wylde's television career started on Comedy Central's Strip Mall, working with comedians Julie Brown and Victoria Jackson. He then starred in The Chris Wylde Show, the network's first late-night talk show.
