Chloe Webb studied at the Boston Conservatory of Drama and Music. She wrote for and acted in the New York Comedy review "Forbidden Broadway". Won New York Film Critics and National Society of Film Critics awards for her film debut role as drug addict Nancy Spungen in the cult classic Sid and Nancy (1986). Appeared a year later opposite Brian Dennehy in The Belly of an Architect (1987). She played the role of Louisa Kracklite. Other notable film credits include: Twins (1988), A Dangerous Woman (1993), Armistead Maupin's Tales of the City (1993), She's So Lovely (1997) and Practical Magic (1998).
