Annie Corley
Biography
Annie Corley is an American actress whose film and television career began in 1990. Born in Lafayette, Indiana, she studied communication at DePauw University and trained at the Actors Studio and the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. After moving to New York City, she appeared in commercials and small stage productions, and critic John Simon praised her monologue in Raft of the Medusa. Her first screen role was in Malcolm X, and she became widely recognized for playing Meryl Streep's character's daughter in The Bridges of Madison County (1995). Later she appeared in Oscar-nominated films including Seabiscuit (2003) and Monster (2003), and she also had parts in The Lucky Ones (2008) and Law Abiding Citizen (2009). On television, she played Mary Marsh on The West Wing and guest starred on NYPD Blue.
