Andy Stahl

Biography

Andy Stahl is an American actor, born in San Antonio in 1952, who grew up in Kentucky after his family settled on a farm in Butler County. He is best known for two roles, Tom McHone in the series Christy and General Armand Stassi in seaQuest 2032. He graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1975. Before turning to acting, he worked as a musician and a visual artist, then began performing in regional theater. In the early 1980s he spent a short time in New York City, where he studied under Jack Waltzer, Wynn Handman and William Hickey and appeared in Off Broadway productions. He has also hosted a cable educational series for the Kentucky Blues Society that spotlights blues artists from the state.

In the early 1980s, Andy Stahl was in New York City for a short time, where he took classes with Wynn Handman, William Hickey and Jack Waltzer and appeared in various Off Broadway productions.

Stahl has been the host of an educational series on cable. The Kentucky Blues Society created the series to spotlight blues artists from Kentucky.
