Plot summary
Aiden is a widower and a robotics expert, and he lives alone in a large manor. He lost his eleven-year-old son, and he has channeled that grief into building Robin, a fully functioning robotic doll that is staggeringly realistic. Robin becomes the company he has been missing. Leo, Aiden's estranged nephew, is engaged to Lexi, and days before the wedding the pair come back to the manor to patch up a rocky family past. The loved-up couple are instantly creeped out by Aiden's creation. Robin is unwilling to share Aiden with anyone else, and a series of terrifying events follows.
