Plot summary
Todd Walkley created the comic book Slasherman from a real-life serial killer, and the title made his career along with his publisher Ezra, who runs Hard Calibre Comics and is his best friend. Kathy is Todd's girlfriend and Aurora is his assistant. On a press tour to announce the launch of the final issue, Todd and Ezra go to the town where the murders happened twenty years before. New killings follow their arrival, and the crimes resemble images in Todd's comics. Speculation and paranoia build about who the killer is.
