President Wolfman (2012) on Netflix

Plot summary

A werewolf bite has turned a politician and single parent into something else, and John Wolfman has the CHIMERICA Bill, which would sell the United States to China, to stop. Grisly murders around the capital have made him a suspect, his son Bobby is in danger, and a Vice President with plans of his own is another complication, along with a mad scientist, Smokey the Bear and the Miss Teen Beauty Pageant. The images are recycled stock footage and public domain material, government instructional shorts and classroom films among them, with a new script, score and voices over the old pictures.
