Plot summary

Elena, 35, treats relationships with mistrust; Jake, 26, believes in them. A fight over the same taxi on New Year's Eve brings them together, and both assume it will be a one-off. They meet again and spend days and nights together, missing work. Jake moves in with Elena and she admits she lied about her age, afraid he would reject her; he says it does not matter. She calls the age gap a problem: her parents' divorce left her doubting that love lasts, and she says she is ready for children while he is too young. Jake's mother died when he was seven, and the father who raised him never looked for anyone else; Jake tells her he wants to build a family and does not want to waste time. Six months of trying bring no pregnancy.
