Plot summary
Alex Tyree is a Texas Ranger, and the man he is after is a bank robber called Declan McBride, whom he trails through desert country. The pursuit grows into something larger once Tyree learns that McBride is an international terrorist who intends to set off a bomb in London. Tyree's partner is killed, and British intelligence pulls him into its operation. There he works alongside the agent Jennifer Smith and her boss Geddes, who want McBride brought in, alive or dead.
