Plot summary
Eighteen months after they escaped the FBI, the Four Horsemen work in hiding: J. Daniel Atlas, Merritt McKinney, Jack Wilder and Lula May, who follow the orders of the Eye, a secret society of magicians. Their handler, Dylan Rhodes, sends them to New York to expose Owen Case, a tech CEO whose new phone is built to gather its users' private information for sale. The Horsemen take over the phone's launch, but a stranger interrupts and tells the crowd secrets about the group. The team flees down a construction chute and emerges in Macau, where Chase, Merritt's twin brother, seizes them and brings them to Walter Mabry, Owen's former business partner, who wants a chip of his design taken back from Owen.
