Mitch, a real estate attorney, comes home early from a business trip and finds Heidi, his girlfriend, in an orgy, and the relationship ends. At his friend Frank's wedding he drinks too much and spills hot coffee on Nicole, a woman he had a crush on in high school. He moves into a house near Harrison University, his alma mater. Bernard, who owns an electronics chain, throws a party there. Frank's wife Marissa sees him streaking through the neighborhood. Dean Pritchard, a classmate the three men used to ridicule, says the house is designated for campus housing, so Bernard proposes turning it into a fraternity open to anyone.
