Plot summary
Jack Kelly, Connor Brody and Mike Richards are longtime friends and business partners, and they struggle with how the modern world expects them to behave. The three sell their company Trifecta to millennials and stay on as employees. The director of Nate's preschool scolds Jack in front of the other parents for arriving two minutes late, and he answers with vulgarities; his wife Leah makes him apologize to the room and tells him he must stay on his best behavior for three months, because Nate needs the director's recommendation for private kindergarten. Cara, Connor's wife, scolds him for asking his son Colin to say sorry after he hits someone. Mike, who is divorced and has two adult sons, hears from his girlfriend Britney that she is pregnant, though he has had a vasectomy.
