Plot summary
In a post-apocalyptic future, the survivors have organized into ninja clans, and each clan commands a magic power. The Lost Ninja Clan, whose members control electricity, sends five representatives to an underground bunker: the brothers Cage and Surge, the deaf-mute Sky, Trillion and Mar. Fumitaka, a respected clan leader, believes an outside force threatens every clan and proposes that they join together. The assembled ninjas welcome the idea. Then, as his speech ends, Fumitaka is killed, and three ninjas come forward to say that Cage struck him down. Cage protests that he is innocent, and fights his way through the hostile crowd, burning most of his power to knock the other ninjas unconscious.
