Plot summary
In a future where an uneasy ceasefire holds between humans and cyborgs, Alex Sinclair makes her living as a cybernetically enhanced assassin, taking her orders from a boss named Bernardo. Sent to kill a man, she shoots a different one instead, and her victim is the son of a crime syndicate leader. A high bounty is set on her head, and head hunters and rival assassins from all over the city set out to collect it. A woman in black watches her from a distance, and Alex can only sit and wait, hoping that a friend will come to her aid.
