Biography
Monique Gabrielle is an American actress who worked largely in low-budget horror and exploitation films during the 1980s and 1990s. Born Katherine Gonzalez in Kansas City, Missouri, and raised in Denver, Colorado, she modeled in high school, won the Miss American Legion title at seventeen, and moved to California in 1980. After she was named Penthouse Pet of the Month for December 1982, she took small parts in mainstream features such as Airplane II: The Sequel, and became best known as the young woman who comes on to Tom Hanks in Bachelor Party. Her exploitation roles include a junkie informant in Chained Heat, the lead in Emmanuelle V, a princess with a wicked double in Deathstalker II (1987), a nude model in Amazon Women on the Moon (1987), a security chief in The Return of Swamp Thing (1989), and Megan in Evil Toons. She also appeared on Dream On, Hardball, and Hunter.
