Plot summary
Overwatch is a top-secret CIA unit led by James Silva. In Indocarr, a local police officer named Li Noor walks into the United States embassy and offers a disc containing intelligence on remaining cesium shipments. He will hand over the password only if he is flown out of the country and given asylum. Ambassador Dorothy Brady refuses an Indocarr intelligence team's demand to hand him over, and Li fights off attackers inside the embassy. Silva and his team, watched by their supervisor Bishop, agree to drive Li 22 miles to an airstrip, while Axel and his men hunt them through the city. Alice Kerr stays close to the asset.
