Plot summary
Adam has not gotten over Allison, the girlfriend he had in college, who ended the relationship and left him heartbroken. Eighteen months later an invitation arrives: Allison is marrying a man named Aaron, and Adam, counted as a dear friend of the bride, is asked to join the celebrations. He goes back to his hometown for the wedding events. At the rehearsal dinner, a friend introduces him to the room as the man Allison dated right before Aaron. Adam must face the feelings he still has for her while trying to persuade himself and everyone else that he is happy for her.
