Let the Game Begin (2010) on Netflix

Plot summary

Tripp has an idea he thinks can make money, and he takes it to Gary, a broker on Wall Street. Gary signs on, and Tripp also recruits his cousin Rowan to help the business. Traveling together for work, Tripp sees how Rowan draws women, and the two men decide that a sale and a courtship follow the same rules. Tripp begins using what he has seen to close his own deals. Tripp is married, though, and the business becomes worth millions, drawing people who want a share of what it brings in. He has to choose between chasing the money and looking for a woman drawn to him rather than to his success.
