Killer Raccoons 2: Dark Christmas in the Dark (2020) on Netflix

Plot summary

Casey Smallwood walks out of prison on a snowy Christmas Eve, a mild-mannered former college student who served ten years for underage drinking. He wants out of town and takes the express train to Washington, D.C. Once the holiday express rolls off into the winter wilderness, a gang of domestic terrorists and a group of highly intelligent, government-trained raccoons hijack the train. Casey does not intend to back away from the raccoons. He teams up with a porter, and the pair moves to take on the terrorists and to help bring down a top secret military laser satellite that the raccoons control.
