Plot summary
Hong Kong officer Kit goes undercover inside a crime syndicate that kidnaps people and sends them to Thailand, where they are killed and their organs sold. The syndicate's boss, Hung Mun-Gong, has a rare heart condition, and his younger brother Hung Mun-Biu is the ideal donor for the transplant he needs. Hung sends men to take his brother, and a warning from Kit brings the police to the scene. Kit's cover is blown, and he is sent to a prison in Thailand run by warden Ko Chun, who keeps kidnapped victims alive for the organ trade. There he meets Chatchai, a guard whose daughter Sa has leukemia and needs a bone marrow transplant. Kit is the donor who agreed to help her.
