Plot summary
Poon Sing-fung works as a bomb disposal officer in Hong Kong until a blast during a police operation takes one of his legs. His superiors deny him a frontline post afterward, and he leaves the force. Years later, a terrorist group called Vendetta bombs the education bureau, and after an explosion at a hotel, Poon is found at the scene, unconscious, and becomes a suspect in a series of bombings. He wakes in a hospital with Post Traumatic Amnesia, recalling only fragments of his past. Pong Ling of the Counter Terrorism Response Unit and Lee Yiu-sing of the Criminal Investigation Department are given the task of identifying who is behind the attacks. Tung Cheuk-man, a fellow bomb disposal officer and Poon's friend, stays close to him. Poon escapes during an interrogation to search for the truth.
