Plot summary
Charles Sturgis is an American drug enforcement agent. His sister, an addict, dies at the hands of the narcotics kingpin Frank McNally, who runs a smuggling operation across several countries. Sturgis takes up the hunt for him and travels to Europe to find him and break the organization. The search carries him from New York through London, Lisbon, Rome, Naples and Athens, with Interpol's effort against the cartel running alongside his own. In Rome a tip tells Sturgis that following McNally's associate, Gina Broger, will lead him to the man he wants. He sets himself on her trail through the cities of the network.
