Plot summary
Franco La Rapa and Ciccio La Rapa want no part in the fighting that has reached Sicily in 1943, so they keep out of sight in the mountains. Two American paratroopers come upon them there, take their clothes and leave their own uniforms behind in exchange. Dressed in those uniforms, Franco and Ciccio are mistaken for soldiers, seized by German troops and deported to Germany.
