Plot summary
The man in charge of the production is convinced nobody has paired classical music with animation before. Word reaches him that an American named Prisney got there first, and he goes ahead anyway. He rounds up an orchestra of old women, puts a bullish conductor on the podium and keeps his animator shut in a dungeon. Around the live-action scenes of the production, six pieces are animated in color: Debussy, Dvořák, Ravel, Sibelius, Vivaldi and Stravinsky. A satyr tries to win back his youth, cave dwellers copy a neighbor's house, a soda drop comes to life, a cat wanders a ruined home, a bee tries to eat in peace, and clay figures act out Creation in Eden.
