Plot summary
Twenty-two months on, Ellie is expecting, and Manny is determined that she and the baby will be safe, a worry that leaves Diego feeling pushed aside and unsure his hunter instincts are still there. Sid, afraid of being left alone, takes three eggs he finds underground and refuses to give them up after they hatch into baby Tyrannosaurus. When their mother comes for them, she carries Sid and her children down beneath the ice. Manny, Ellie, Crash and Eddie follow into a jungle world of dinosaurs, where a one-eyed weasel named Buck, who is hunting an albino Baryonyx called Rudy, offers to guide them.
