Plot summary

Nat and Josh meet at a party and get engaged seven months later. At the wedding, friends say the marriage cannot last, the best man's speech goes badly, and the priest coughs through the ceremony. After the honeymoon, Nat's advertising firm assigns her a presentation for Guy, an American rebranding a solvent company, and her co-workers advise her to keep her marriage hidden. Josh and Nat then host a dinner to use their wedding presents, where their accounts of the Moroccan honeymoon clash. Chloe, a former flame of Josh's who left for four years in Africa without their having broken up, apologizes to Nat for a remark she made. Danny, the best man, is turned down when he approaches Chloe, and Nat's sister Naomi airs complaints about her husband.
