Trailer

Plot summary

Newly divorced, Sarah Cassidy moves with her seventeen-year-old daughter Elissa into a rented house in a small, upscale town. They can afford it because of what happened nearby: four years earlier, thirteen-year-old Carrie-Anne Jacobson killed her parents on that street and then vanished, leaving her brother Ryan as the only survivor. Ryan lives alone in the family home, disliked by his neighbors, with Bill Weaver, a local police officer, as his one supporter. Elissa takes to Ryan and keeps seeing him, which strains things with Sarah.
