Plot summary
Zuri is a seven-year-old girl who needs her hair done for a big event. Her mother, Angela, makes hair tutorial videos online, and Zuri tries to follow one of them on her own. The curls have ideas of their own, and Zuri's attempt does not work. Her father, Stephen, takes over, though he has never styled her hair before. In his mind the job becomes a boxing match, with the hair as his opponent, and the rounds do not go his way. The result leaves Zuri upset. Stephen and Zuri then sit down with Angela's video and work through the style together.
