Plot summary
Jake Alexander leads a CIA Global Response team, and a mission in Phnom Penh that goes wrong gets the unit shut down. Sonia Dekker, Tom Benton, Maria Lopez and Ben Harrison are the members who remain. Rather than stand down, they keep going after arms dealer Gino Orsetti, though CIA agent Jessica Thompson has ordered them to stop. A Hong Kong magnate, Katarina Sokolov, pays for the operation. In Bangkok, Tom pretends to be a buyer for the organs Orsetti sells and sets up a meeting with him. CIA agent Alec Hayes, who wants the operation stopped, sends a hitman after Alexander. The team then moves on to Manila.
