Plot summary
Freddie Mercury sings lead for Queen, and the documentary follows his attempt to make records on his own. It gathers archive interviews, concert footage and personal material, going back to 1976, to tell the story of his life and his solo projects outside the band, including the Mr. Bad Guy album. His work with Montserrat Caballé produced the album Barcelona. A special edition of that album was re-recorded with a full eighty-piece orchestra.
