Plot summary
Alex is a conflicted animation filmmaker. He meets Sofia online and travels to Argentina to find her. She shares a remote island outside Buenos Aires with Victor, her intimidating boyfriend. Alex ends up living with the couple. The island lies in El Tigre, a region crossed by rivers north of Buenos Aires. Victor paints, and Alex keeps working on animation.
