Plot summary
Vince is taking his divorce badly, so his friends Neil, Mikey, Graham, Matt, Patrick and Banksy, each of whom has women trouble of his own, hire a minibus and take him to the town of Moodley for a drinking weekend. The driver introduces herself as Ruth and, after a generous tip, agrees that the men can call her Candy. Banksy misses the bus and travels to Moodley on his own. The town is quiet and nearly empty of women. On the walk back to the minibus the friends see a man in military uniform attacking a teenage girl in a hood, and they intervene.
