Plot summary
Jimmy O'Neill is a police officer in a small California town where serious crime is rare, so he spends his hours with the local women who take an interest in his uniform. He is prone to non-violence. Then three hoodlums arrive and rape a young woman, and the officer who has never had a real case on his hands is pushed into action.
