Plot summary
Russell Hatch, a former Interpol operative, lives with the night a raid went wrong and an informant was killed. He keeps the promise he made then: to watch over Jayden as a father would. Jayden shares a home with his grandfather, Mr Kim, who keeps a shop in Koreatown, and Hatch is never more than a phone call away. Jayden's uncle Dae Hyun is mixed up with the gangs of Koreatown, and the boy looks up to that life. When the turf war between the gangs comes to a head, Hatch calls on the darkness inside himself to protect Jayden and Mr Kim.
