Plot summary
Chris Danning's fiancée is abducted from a stagecoach and dies, and he reaches Coroner Creek looking for the man responsible. Kate Hardison runs the hotel and asks him to bring Abbie home. Abbie is the inebriated wife of Younger Miles, a rich rancher. Chris's motives are mistaken, and Younger's men beat him. Della, a widow, tells Chris that Younger aims to drive her off her land.
