Plot summary
Narcotics agents Tom Moran and Mike Thorton are hunting a cop killer during a crack epidemic. For leads, they pay off a junkie informant. Moran has a wife, Anna, and a son to provide for, and he involves the informant in a deadly scheme. That scheme brings the partners to the attention of an internal affairs agent who is suspicious of them.
