Plot summary

Dr. Marsh Tracy runs an animal hospital and nature preserve in East Africa, where he cares for injured animals and endangered species while working to protect the wildlife of the region. His adventurous daughter Paula lives with him at the preserve. When a village seems to be stalked by a lion, a sergeant asks for his help. The animal is cross-eyed, and the double vision makes hunting impossible, so Tracy and Paula take Clarence in as a member of the preserve. Julie Harper studies gorillas in the area, and a dangerous criminal is laying plans to seize young gorillas and sell the animals on the black market.
