Plot summary
America's most famous child star, Taylor Brandon Burns, is twelve years old and has come to Canada to shoot a big action movie. He wants distance from his stage mother Suzanne and from the pressures of show business, so he runs off the set with Natalie, a fellow actress on the same production. The shooting schedule is delayed while the boy is missing, and the producers lose money with each day that passes. They turn to Rick Schiller, a filmmaker whose own career has stalled and who has taken work driving Taylor's limousine, and they enlist him to bring the boy back.
