Plot summary
Donald Duck assembles a recipe book with rubber cement while a radio plays nearby. One of the recipes, for roast duck, makes him angry. Then a cooking program begins on the radio, hosted by Old Mother Mallard, and Donald decides to cook along and mix a batch of waffles. He sings Pat-a-Cake, Pat-a-Cake, Baker's Man while he works. Distracted, he reaches for the rubber cement instead of the baking powder. The batter turns out to be unusually stiff. His spoon sticks in it, the mixture stretches like a rubber band, and the bowl flies around his house like a rubber-band airplane.
