Plot summary
Minnie Mouse calls from outside the dance hall, wondering why Mickey Mouse has not arrived. He has slept through the evening on his couch and forgotten all about their date. Mickey scrambles into his evening clothes, and Pluto lends a paw to get him dressed. Water thrown up by a passing car soaks the tuxedo he has just put on. On his way out the door, the tickets drop out of the envelope, and he continues toward the dance without them. Pluto spots the tickets lying on the ground and sets out after him, while Minnie waits at the dance.
