Plot summary
The Ghostly Trio frighten a crowd at a ballpark, and their nephew Casper cannot calm anyone. Once the stands empty, Casper's uncles decide on a vacation. Elsewhere, the Oracle in the Mirror warns the warlock Desmond Spellman that a witch named Wendy will one day outdo him. He makes two spies, Jules and Vincent, and orders them to fetch her from the countryside, where she lives with her aunts Gert, Gabby and Fanny. The spies come for Wendy, but she and her aunts get away and hide at the resort where Casper and his uncles are staying. Wendy and Casper become friends after they meet in a barn, though ghosts and witches count as natural enemies, so each fears the grown-ups will never get along.
