Plot summary
Claire works as a barista at a café in West Philadelphia. A musician who works beside her is in love with her and cannot bring himself to tell her, but she has a boyfriend who treats her badly. The regulars and the customers at the café have problems and encounters of their own, and their lives are more closely linked than they know. A police officer keeps watch on a cousin who has gone off course and owes a dealer money. A married man thinks about a woman he has recently met.
