Bubble (2022) on Netflix

Plot summary

An explosion at Tokyo Tower draws the city's bubbles together and leaves Tokyo unfit to live in. Young people live there despite the restrictions, and parkour tournaments let them barter and trade supplies. Hibiki, eighteen, is an exceptional talent in the Blue Blazes, but a hearing ultrasensitivity keeps him apart from other people. Gravity anomalies keep Tokyo Tower out of reach. One day Hibiki hears a woman's song and tries to climb the tower, believing a boy is there. He almost makes it and falls into the ocean.
