Plot summary
Bobby Lieber hosts The Eleventh Brick at Stonewall, a podcast and radio show, and has accepted a curator position at a national LGBTQ+ history museum opening in Manhattan. At an awards ceremony for the LGBTQ community he collects an award and announces the job. He later joins his friend Henry at a nightclub launching a gay dating app, where he meets Aaron Shepard, whom Henry calls hot but boring. Aaron and Bobby flirt, though Aaron seems uninterested, and days later they spend time together without a strong connection. At the movies, Aaron runs into Josh, a former high school hockey teammate, and his fiancée. Bobby thinks Aaron acts too straight, while Aaron finds Bobby too intense and his standing in the gay community intimidating.
