Two Americans serving out parole, Eddie and Paul, work in a New York diner for the demanding Louie. Katherine Rookwood, a British lawyer, offers them twenty thousand dollars each to go to London and grab a package before it changes hands, and they ask for thirty thousand each. She insists she has enough on Louie to make him release them, and in London they join Katherine's cousin Tommy Tresham. At the Natural History Museum they snatch a blue bag, which puts them against Deacon Bradshaw, who runs a pub, and his boss Arkady, a prosperous businessman who wants what the bag holds.

Can contain spoilers, watch the movie first.
- Londoner Peter Ferdinando, who plays Deacon Bradshaw, kept his character's South Yorkshire accent on and off the set throughout the entire shoot.
- To get the indie look they wanted, the filmmakers chose a 35 mm format 4k Arriflex Amira camera, and cinematographer Ian Howes kept the film's style filmic and analogue to reference 1980s American indie films.
