Plot summary
CIA operative Scott Wheeler works with his partner Melissa Ballard to find a leak inside the agency. They carry a USB drive that only works when its two parts are combined: Ballard holds the drive, Wheeler holds the key. An armed ambush apparently kills Ballard, and Wheeler escapes. He finds his handler dead, then Agent Ferris captures and drugs him, accusing him of killing fellow agents. Agent Rhodes believes Wheeler is innocent and takes him aboard a retrofitted nuclear submarine used as a CIA black site. There Wheeler meets another prisoner, Marco, and learns he is to be interrogated. Wheeler believes he was set up and searches for a way to escape the vessel and clear his name.
