John Posey

John Posey is an actor, screenwriter, and voice-over performer. Born in Hartford, Connecticut, he graduated from the University of Florida and started working in Los Angeles in television, film, and stage in 1989. For twelve years he toured the country with a one-man show, Father, Son & Holy Coach, in which he portrayed roughly two dozen characters. The show told of a father who wanted a second chance in life. Posey also did voice-over work and appeared in over 200 television commercials. He wrote screenplays for Sony, Disney, and HBO, worked as a speechwriter, and created original syndicated programming for radio. His film Legendary (2010) starred Patricia Clarkson and Danny Glover. A biopic about Gorgeous George, a cultural icon of the 1940s and 1950s, was set up at WWE Studios.
