Barry Munday (2010) on Netflix

Plot summary

Barry Munday goofs off at his job, enjoys one-night stands, and is getting older; young people now call him sir. After an assault, he wakes in a hospital to learn that his testicles have been removed. A letter then tells him he is to become a father, and that Ginger, a woman of about his age who is solitary and waspish, is suing him over the pregnancy. He cannot remember having sex with her. He asks to meet, and she agrees with reluctance and plenty of put-downs, introducing him to her family, including a favored younger sister, and letting him come along to her doctor's. Barry wants a part in the pregnancy and in parenthood, and he carries his own father issues.
